Payment and Delivery
The prices and specifications of the goods offered in the online store are indicated in the description of each product.
To place an order, the Buyer must add the selected products to the shopping cart and fill in the required information for order completion.
After the order has been placed, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation at the provided e-mail address, followed by an invoice with payment details.
Payment for the order must be made by transferring the amount indicated in the invoice to the Seller’s bank account.
The purchase contract enters into force when the payment has been received in the Seller’s bank account.
If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will inform the Buyer and refund the paid amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notification.
Delivery costs are calculated separately depending on the order volume and delivery location.
Order preparation usually takes 3–5 business days after the payment has been received.
The Buyer also has the option to collect the order from the Seller’s warehouse at Limbažu iela 8, Smiltene, Latvia.
